"Would definitely recommend this hotel if you don’t want to stay in Florence. Train service is good."

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. Breakfast had all you needed. Although when we were staying coffee machine and juicer machine didn’t work. The older lady who brought us our coffee is a credit to the hotel. She never stops.

Soggiorno nel complesso buono: camera pulita e nella media.

Grossa criticità sul parcheggio. L’hotel lo indica come disponibile, ma all’arrivo quello gratuito era già esaurito. Restano solo opzioni a pagamento: parcheggio sotterraneo, sempre dell'hotel, (10€ a notte) oppure strada a pagamento (1€/h) e non custodita. Informazione poco trasparente: “parcheggio disponibile” senza specificare che non è garantito è fuorviante. Peccato, perché per il resto la struttura è valida.
