Fantastic range of facilities and the staff were superb and very friendly and welcoming. Lovely room, very clean, brilliant to have EV charging facilities too. Delicious breakfast and evening meal.

The Spa facilities were not as clean as the rest of the hotel and general maintenance is needed. The steam room didn't work correctly, multiple guests noted this. It was very busy, so not easy to use facilities, but then extra cleaning at these peak times should take place.
