Room was clean and location was very good

Staff is friendly but english is limited. I went to check for breakfast but selection was limited so I didn’t buy it. Overall hotel was nice but didn’t seem like 5 star hotel

Stylish, free drinks and snacks in the evening

Breakfast was a bit limited, some staff had very limited English (I should really have made more effort to to learn some basic Japanese) Entry to the hotel wasn't immediately obvious!

Super Hotel! Die Lage ist perfekt an die Öffis angebunden, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, den ganzen Tag kann man sich in der Lobby Softgetränke und Kaffee kostenlos nehmen und ab 18 Uhr sogar alkoholische Getränke - toller Service.

Das man die Fenster nicht eigenständig öffnen kann. Es gibt nur einen Fensteröffner, den man sich von der Rezeption mit Personal öffnen darf.
