Expensive for the no frills service provided. Major annoyance: TV resets or shuts down randomly; closed captions often appear as random text?; program guide may be empty or even if populated, contains incorrect information; audio sometimes mutes by itself; heating/cooling unit fan never shuts off even when system is set to "off". Minor annoyances: bathroom sink drained very slowly; carpet covered with stained spots; shower stall base appears black moldy.
