Petit Hotel Pilitas

Small, modest, older property. Very nice, accommodating staff. Our one bedroom with kitchenette was very spacious. Small hot tub and small pool were perfect. A beautiful view of ocean from small, roof top patio. I would stay here again.

excellent location for access to old town

The location was good. It was quiet. Was travelling with a friend and that area was a little too romantic for my taste.

The advertising said there were two beds. It showed one king bed and said there was a sofa bed. There was a king bed and a couch smaller than a love seat. It was not a sofa bed.

Perfect spot close to beach and walkable areas of Zona Romantica

Petit Hotel Pilitas is so cute! The pool area has multi-colored fanciful umbrellas hanging above it. And the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Plus it's very conveniently located near all the zona romantica entertainment (restaurants, bars, clubs, cabaret) and the beach.

The water banging into the pool is so Loud! Really noisy and fixable. My room smelled stale when I arrived.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Near the beach and everything you need. The bed was big and comfortable.. They provide water and coffee for guests.

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing for several reasons. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, making it easy to hear everything happening outside the room. Most rooms face the pool, and the noise from there, as well as the road, is constant. Additionally, there is construction across the street from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, which, while not the hotel’s fault, should have been mentioned beforehand. The Wi-Fi in our room was weak and unreliable. The room itself smelled of humidity, and there was visible mold in the bathroom. Overall, the room was in poor condition, with signs of neglect. There were also several small details that could have improved our stay, such as towel racks, a toilet brush, and clear instructions for the safe. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below our expectations.

Spacious rooms, very clean, and friendly staff. Would absolutely stay again, but want to share some small issues that if fixed would have made our stay perfect. 1) No hot water in our room 2) TV doesn’t work 3)Curtains let in a lot of light 4)Nobody told us we needed to know a code for the front gate. We came in after a night out around 5am and we had to wake up the security guard to let us in lol Otherwise a very pleasant stay:) We would definitely come again.
