Location was superb, Maria was super friendly, even offered us some Greek Hospitality, amazing food

Location, view, pool and large terrace were all super.

The location can experience very strong winds.

The appartment is well located, with a great view, nice pool (great for kids) and very close (less than 5 min) from the closest beach. There are several restaurant and bar options nearby. Maria's support and availability made everything even better!

Only 'issue' is that the closest large supermarket is about 15/20 min. But being on the way to some of the beaches, this wasn't a real problem.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Maria for her incredible hospitality and assistance during our stay. The apartment was wonderfully equipped, offering a breathtaking view of the sea and ample space that made our stay extremely comfortable. We are very satisfied with our experience and will fondly remember our time there. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

The host Maria was very friendly, she was always available. The accommodation is amazing, beautiful pool and terras, spacious apartment. Enough parking space. Everything we needed to cook was there in the kitchen. Enough towels.

The only thing i didn´t like was the fact that there were 3 cats that would constantly come to our door and also go inside if we didn´t pay attention. Other than that there is nothing negative to say.

In total it was a very nice stay. The location is stunning and the pool, too. The kitchen is well equipped and in good shape! There is everything you need. However we had an issue with the cleaniness and overall maintenance. The bathroom needs urgent maintenance, since the shower head is broken and it almost comes off the wall. We stayed 4 nights. There was no cleaning. Even not in the common areas. The swimming pool was not in the best shape, also due to the heavy wind, however the marks around the pool showed that it had not been thoroughly cleaned for quite some time. I would guess once beginning of the season.

A lovely apartment with stunning views of the sea below. Good size pool with loungers and umbrellas. Near to the beach and several good restaurants where you can watch the sunset every evening. We got a very warm welcome with drinks too!

Nothing

The apartment was spacious, clean and in good condition. Maria is a great host. Nikos wine is wonderful, so are Maria’s cakes. The pool is needed after a hot day.

Kalamaki is a nice mellow town. Unfortunately there are many unfinished constructions which is not very nice to see. There were many days with a lot of wind which made the beach unpracticable because of sand blasting the skin, and the beach with it’s stones hard to access. On these windy days it was great to have the pool.
