Please inform Mango House Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that housekeeping service is only offered for stays of more than 7 nights. You can request daily housekeeping service at an extra charge.

My room/apt faced the roadway and there is significant, loud, road noise to be heard all night long. I'm certain that the units facing inwards don't experience this issue.

The apartment was spotless and had a beautiful view, facing the pool. Pam was amazing and super accomodating, l had a fantastic time there. Great location, a lot of greenery and close to Airlie beach.

Rooms direct access to pool (balcony secured with pool gate for children’s safety)

From previous visits the resort is starting to look a little run down. While the manager was extremely helpful we had issues with our rooms. The first was a water leak within the wall (these things happen) and we were moved into another. This ate up into our limited time we had to spend in Airlie, packing up and moving rooms. But then the second room had no hot water at all. It is ready for a deep clean, refurbishment.
