Please inform Mango House Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that housekeeping service is only offered for stays of more than 7 nights. You can request daily housekeeping service at an extra charge.

"Mango House Resort stay."

It was a night stay. Place.was clean and comfortable. Hotel manager was friendly. The place was not busy and could be good if she had upgrade me to a pool view room.

"Value for money"

Great affordable stay, 5 mins drive to beach but pub nearby with 10% discount with stay. Pool was lovely but needed a general clean. otherwise room was spacious, has all facilities and beds comfy.

Highly recommend!! Our apartment (one bedroom) had everything and more. The pool is amazing. Access to the pool is excellent and family friendly. Spa is amzing. Pam is super helpful, down-to-earth and friendly.

Location

Housekeeping leaves a lot more to be desired, thick caked on dust everywhere, mouldy bathrooms, floors look like they are not swept, walls have all sorts of dirty marks which really should not be missed by housekeepers....On checking in the lady at the front was a little off/ hostile to us and just made it uncomfortable, she later changed to be a little nice but first impression had already stuck on us

The toilet stunck so bad. The dish washer was full of dirty dishes. I booked for 4 people it was advertised as double bed and 2 single sofa beds. The two single sofa beds were actually the conner couches that did not turn into a sofa. The kids were so uncomfortable. We tried to use the BARBAQUE to make out self BARBAQUE there was no light there had to use our phone light. I would never say here again.

Pam went to great lengths to ensure our late arrival would work for us, and it did. Unfortunately we had to leave early and never had chance to enjoy the resort or meet the staff, but again it worked perfectly. Thanks Pam.

We could not stay longer.
