"I booked this as a Bridal suite and wasn’t disappointed"

I booked two rooms for one night and a studio room for two. My Fiancé wanted a central location so the Girls could do their makeup and get ready. And a Bridal suite after the wedding. We had other guests stay there and we all enjoyed it very much. The staff decorated the room and left bottles of Chapagne in an ice bucket too. We had a lovely experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Hotel to all Our Friends and Family

"Great 2 night stay at hotel which offers exactly what I needed!"

Stayed here many times so generally everything is just what I need. Location is good as bear motorway and Gravesend town centre for everything you need. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and although pretty basic then was clean and had a big comfy bed. Bathroom was clean and plenty of towels and shower was good. Quiet location of room on ground floor. Free parking in secure car park.

Very bright security light outside the room so gave some light in the room at night but didn't prevent me from sleeping well.

My husband and I stayed here in September for the weekend of our wedding, we had severel friends and family who stayed too. From the moment of booking untill we left all of the staff were extremley helpful and friendly. The hotel was lovely, we were given an upgrade on our and it was fantastic, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was realy good with lots of choice, and food in the resturant was really good too. On our wedding day the staff had decorated our room and left some treats that were a lovely suprise. we had a wonderful stay here and all our party agreed that the staff had gone above and beyond to make our stay special, especesially SHELL who was an absolute superstar, and an asset to the hotel. We will definatley return and highly recommend this hotel.
