We really enjoyed our stay! The outdoor pool was refreshing, our room was clean, breakfast was good, it was a good location, and the staff was friendly.

Good location and very quiet and clean.

When we were checked in, the desk clerk seemed distracted, and like he really didn't want to help us, all other staff was helpful.

The location was very convenient for my purposes. I loved the decorative flourishes in the lobby and breakfast area. The room was immaculately clean and I appreciated how accessible the rooms were in relation to the doors.

The complimentary breakfast was meh and cramped.

The two African gentlemen working in the evening and in the morning, could probably benefit from improved public relations skills. In other words, they were not friendly at all. However, the Indian woman at the front desk in the evening was delightful.

Nice facility, nice breakfast, nice AC, nice location.

Bathroom was a bit tight, but still good.

The value for money is absolutely bad. The rating of 8.2 on Booking is hard to comprehend. We are from Europe, so maybe used to a different standard. But at 100, -€ per night the room, and our clothes, were constantly damp and the room had a peculiar smell, which could hardly be managed by keeping the AC running all the time. The staff promised to do something about it, which amounted to "we toldl them" - specifically who "them" was, however, remained a mystery. The bulding and interior is old and used all over, and it really shows. The breakfast was nothing but a sad affair, if you want to put it mildly : Sugar and sugar again, absolutely everything pre-packed. Cutlery and plates and cups and just about everything else plastic, therefore tons of waste after use - which seems to be considered absolutely normal here.
