Innsbruck is a small town that is very cute. This hotel is conveniently located.

This hotel is in a lovely location on the border of Rapoldi Park which is one of the loveliest little parks I've seen. Also sits on the tramroute which is a mere three stops to the main station. 15 minute walk if you're feeling inergetic. Even though the trams were running outside, you could barely hear them due to the great windows. Breakfasts in Germany and Austria are very different to what those from GB, US or Australia are used to however the Leipziger offered numerous a la carte options, including bacon, eggs, pancakes etc as well as the bountiful buffet. A great surprise.

Great place to stay. Can walk from train station or take the 2 tram. Rooms are updated and nice.

This was one of my favorite hotels. Cozy, staff was amazing, spa area fantastic, room was spacious, no carpet, wood floors the best and sanitary.

I really don’t know where to begin on my review of this amazing hotel. We stayed for 5 nights in December, hoping to experience the Christmas Markets and some snow. The weather wasn’t kind to us but this didn’t ruin our trip. The hotel was a short walk from the Main Train Station and a welcome sight to end our journey. Check in was easy and quick. The hotel reception was beautiful. A Typical Tyrollean feel to it. Our room was wonderful. Just on the first floor, we took the handy lift with our luggage. It was a spacious beautifully decorated room, with air con and a lovely big window which we preferred to have open a little for fresh air - even though it was freezing outside! The bathroom was amazing- massive shower, very modern. All in all, everything we needed - including tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was included in our booking. To be honest it was one of the loveliest breakfasts we have had in Europe. A great selection of hot and cold food, hot drinks and an amazing fresh orange juice machine. We could have stayed in the breakfast room all day. The service was really quick, all the staff were really attentive and the food was delicious. All in all this hotel was amazing. Well managed, well maintained and it had a ‘family run’ feel about it, which is lost on most of the larger hotels around. We would not hesitate to stay here again. We were sorry to leave. Our stay in Innsbruck was part of an extended road trip throughout Austria and I'll go as far as to say this was by far our favourite hotel. Exceptional service from Joseph and the entire team. Amazing corner room with A/C and modern bathroom facilities. Excellent breakfast with extensive options and warm friendly service. A short walk from town and lots of advice on where to go and what to do. Absolutely spot on in all regards.
