Several issues made my experience uncomfortable: • Cleanliness: The room was notably dirty upon check-in. • Climate Control: The AC unit was not cooling properly, leaving the room stuffy. • Appliances: The in-room refrigerator was not working, which was a major inconvenience. • Noise: Excessive noise levels throughout the night prevented a restful sleep.

The girl at our check out was very sweet. Other than that nothing .

When checking in man was rude and condescending . He wanted cash deposit . When we asked why he became angry and said we couldn’t have room without deposit. We had a woman next to us that kept us up all night with music and going in and out of room . We called up front and phone was never answered. Sink in am water would not go down . Dirty .
