Crestview Condominiums by All Seasons Resort Lodging

We had a problem with the wifi but it was fixed & usable the next day. This condo was beautiful & spacious. A bit expensive, but it worked well for our Park City family wedding & party of 5.

We had a great time, and there was plenty of room to stretch out! We were a party of 6, but never felt cramped at all! The beds weren't the best, but I'll admit I'm a bit of a diva about stuff like that. We overall just felt so happy to have found this place, and will absolutely use it again if we come back. The check-in staff were very nice, the condo was very clean and fully stocked with the amenities we needed.

Amazing place to stay

I walked away from this experience very frustrated. On the positive side, the location is wonderful. It is located right next to an outlet mall and within a five minute drive to a lot of restaurants. Overall the experience was tainted by someone being parked in our reserved spot and despite calls to the staff they were apathetic at best. We had to park in the visitor parking which meant we had to carry all of our luggage up flights of stairs instead of the convenient elevator in the parking garage. Worse still, there was no hot water and despite multiple calls no effort was made from the staff to correct this issue. We were told twice that a maintenance person would be sent and no one arrived and when we called to see when we could expect them the front desk person acted as though they had no idea what I was talking about. Needless to say we never were able to shower during our stay which is completely unacceptable and compounded by the fact that no one seemed concerned or willing to help us out. I am confident that whoever stayed there after us didn't have hot water or a parking spot either (the car that occupied our spot was covered in dust and looked like it hadn't moved in a long time).

We had a great time and the condo was comfy. We felt at home. We would do it again.

Great location, very comfortable

Beautiful room and view, enough room for family, and we were able to walk to the outlet mall from building E.

Had questions about WiFi but couldn't understand the foreigner who answered their 800 line so just took a stab that they had it (they did). Check in was very simple and easy to locate. The condo on the other hand was a little more difficult (around a couple round-a-bouts and then actually through the Outlet Mall parking lot). The Garage was confining and almost impossible to navigate with a mid-size SUV. We opted for the parking lot which worked well. The unit was very secure by means of both a code to enter the building, a key to exit the stairway and another code to enter the unit. Maybe just a little over-kill for Park City but you felt safe. The condo was very large & spacious. Spending a little more for the loft was well worth it. Although there were only three of us, and we didn't use the loft, the high ceilings alone definitely made it worth it. Also - glad we went with the premium unit, which even then was a little outdated with well worn carpet (E308). But our understanding was the the non-premium units weren't updated at all. The unit was comfortable, quiet, clean and tastefully decorated. Everything was in working order. The location was convenient for the easy commute to SLC but 7 miles from historic Main Street. Worked well for us though due to the proximity to the interstate.

The microwave was broken and we received a counter top one on the last night. The room was not clean, the bathtub was filthy. Missing any expected kitchen utensils.
