Crestview Condominiums by All Seasons Resort Lodging

Ok. The fireplace did not work.

Great location, good parking, convenient kitchen and washer/dryer, plus pool/hot tub...and trails close by, not to mention the outlet mall next door.

Great use of space. Large rooms with a great kitchen. Kids loved the loft. However our unit was lacking in basic maintenance; burned out lightbulbs, toilet that wobbles and won't turn off, shower curtain that is torn and doesn't fit the over sized tub, torn carpet, squeaky ceiling fan. Also No AC which wasn't great in August. Checking in and out at a separate location was also inconvenient.

I called during the day to let them know I would be arriving after mid night and was assured all would be OK to do so. After arriving about 12:15am, I eventually found the key and map, and got the pass code for the unit over the phone. I could not find the building and called multiple times for assistance but the night auditor was of no help and difficult to get and keep on the line. Even though I called frantically maybe 8-9 times, I never got a call back, eventually found the unit but then had the wrong pass code! In all, it took me over 40 minutes in the dark to find the unit - I'm still angry about it!

This is our fourth year staying at crestview condos & every year we love it. There hasn't been a condo that we didn't love. We go as a girls weekend & we hope to keep staying here at crestview. There's plenty of room for all of us, we love the closeness of outlet mall & other great stores.

Check in staff was great. However upon arriving at my condo, all the furniture was stacked and piled in the kitchen like no one had cleaned or visited in months. Other than that it was decent. Its been a week and the hold on the incidentals they charged me still hasnt been released though. Thats pretty annoying.

We had a lovely time staying at Crestview with our friends. It was comfortable and clean, and we had everything we needed to have a great time!

The condo was OK at best , the rugs were very dirty , location is good , the unit was stocked with what you need , the site when booked said four hot tubs and the complex only had one hot tub that was dirty and we didn't use , I would want something nicer next time.

Our Expedia reservation was for 9 nights in a 1 Bedroom Condo with free Wifi and under Special Requests noted that we wanted Wifi in the condo. At check-in were told that the unit we had been allocated did not have Wifi. And that we should have booked direct with the property's agents All Seasons Resort Lodgings, not via Expedia, as the agent could then have placed us in a unit with Wifi. This was disappointing as we booked 3 months ahead and infers that Expedia bookings are second ranked by this agency - but having pre-paid we felt we had no choice but to stay.

Ski trip with the family. Beds in both rooms were comfortable, sofa bed the usual disaster. Parking garage was an unexpected surprise. The location is great for shops and restaurants with easy access to Park City or the freeway to Salt Lake and the cottonwood canyons. I was a bit concerned after reading the reviews talking about problems picking up the keys. It couldn't have been easier. We arrived after midnight on Tuesday morning and someone answered the phone right away and made sure we had access to the lock box before hanging up.
