Gasthof Sonnenterrasse - Self-Check-in

Good evening, I have just returned to Italy from this business trip, so I can finally write comfortably. I am a 70 year old entrepreneur, I have been traveling for 50 years and I have never had the problem of accessing the room. I arrived at the facility tired and late at night. I found very poor lighting and no indication about the rooms. I only saw a wooden door, with "Apartments" written on it, with an electronic lock, which I was unable to open in any way. I walked around the structure, partly a construction site, with also dangers to people's safety, with only the light of my cell phone, in the cold, without any shelter and I found no other room doors. So, after a long wait, without you solving the problem of getting in, I got back in the car and resumed the journey to Bratislava. After a while, given the tiredness I stopped at a motorway parking lot and slept a few hours in the car. As you could see, I did not access the facility and I did not sleep in the room. So I ask the courtesy to return the payment charged to me, as I could not use the service and I did not cause damage to it, as the structure was empty and closed and there were no other customers. I am therefore waiting for a gesture of courtesy from you, towards a customer. Thank you and best regards

a bit difficult to understand where to go, but there it was rather our fault

The self check-in was easy, instructions to find the room very easy to follow. In the room, the bed and the table were excellent quality. Modern and clean bath.

The roof window opened above the bed - mind to hit your head! Also, we were lucky, it didn't start to rain during the night. While the bed and the table were if superior quality, the rest of the room's interior was of very poor quality. The room was somewhat loud - you could hear the traffic all night. The surroundings: concrete everywhere. no nice terrasse, no nice play ground, no green, almost no flowers. Okay if you have to stay just overnight but not recommended for a longer stay.

Wifi password on paper is room is not correct. So wifi didnt working because we didnt have password. In morning they told us that passport is 1234567890. Check out could be later. Than 9:00 it is too early.

Self-check-in was easy and there were no problems with parking

All floors and stairs in facility were screechy, the room was extremely small - the bed took almost all the width of it and most part of the room in general.

A complete disaster, unventilated and musty accommodation. live music played until 3am in the morning and drunken guests shouted right under the room windows.

The owners took care of the guests of the restaurant right under the room windows and the music, they didn't mind how loud the music was and how drunk the guests were, and how they shouted under our windows, they had fun with them, we didn't sleep all night
