Location and staff.

Break fast was not up to the mark. Not much choices are available. The booking .com site says Airport shuttle is available and it is free. After booking my stay I sent a mail to hotel asking the details of airport shuttle pick up. The query was not answered and I had to hire Uber for coming and going from airport. Staff also has no Idea about any airport shuttle which is free as advertised!!

Pathetic service. I had booked my stay with breakfast and dinner included, but the experience was extremely disappointing. - On Day 1, I was served a low-quality tiffin for dinner, which was unacceptable for a paid package. - On Day 2, despite waiting until 9:30 PM, I was informed that dinner wouldn’t be provided and was advised to order from Swiggy or Zomato on my own. Such service is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the standards FabHotels claims to maintain. This property needs urgent attention and reconsideration.
