"Boa localização, porém a estadia foi muito prejudicada por obras não informadas, falta de manutenção, limpeza inadequada"

Localização

Banheiros sujos e paredes encardidas, demonstrando falta de manutenção. O frigobar estava sem água e, mesmo após solicitação, não havia disponibilidade no hotel. A jacuzzi não funcionava e o bar também não estava em operação. Além disso, o andar disponibilizado estava em reforma, sem qualquer aviso prévio, com barulho de obras logo às 8h da manhã, o que comprometeu o descanso.

La piscina. Le falta mantenimiento pero mi hija la disfruto mucho. Adicional la atención de los dos caballeros de la recepción, súper amables y un excelente servicio. Puedo mencionar el desayuno que es básico pero bueno para una noche.

Las instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento. Los dueños deben preocuparse por ese aspecto que haría mejor el hotel.
