Great views of Table Mountain and peep of a port view.Spacious townhouse with balconies,outside terrace,shared lawn and swimming pool.In a quiet street in De Waterkant.24/7 security and secure parking.Within walking distance to Greenpoint Stadium,Waterfront,CICC and many restaurants and galleries

The location is superb and the apartment is a comfortable size for 5.

The complex security was compromised by the motor gate being stuck open for the whole time we were there. The ceiling fan in one room didn't work and the replacement pedestal fan was barely functional. The owner was aware of the ceiling fan issue. The is only one shower between 6 people. The main en suite only has a bath - this is not obvious from the listing. Also the en suite bathroom doesn't have a door - also not obvious from the listing. And there was barely enough crockery for 5 people, not enough glasses, not enough cutlery. And a temperamental fridge that took two days to cool down with an alarm that had a mind of its own. The parking situation is also not explained well on the listing. There is a garage - not lockable- for one car. Parking on the street is at your own risk because it is for residents with permits - which you can't get as a visitor. Wifi doesn't reach all.the rooms upstairs. No where to pack.groceries in the kitchen.

The checkout was confusing, but in the end the lady that assisted me was very helpful and friendly.

Everything about this place was exceptional Our Host Portia was so kind and communicative and made sure we were comfortable and kept the place clean ,she is very special! The area is a very nice and quiet neighborhood Would definetly come back again!

Central location. Safe with good security. Secure parking although garage door not working.

Upon arrival staff didn’t meet us outside the location as they advised they would, rather waiting in the apartment. Not sure how they expected us to get into the apartment without access to the property. Common sense not that common… On check-out staff were sweating on us to leave waiting inside the courtyard. Floors grubby. Ensuite bath didn’t work. Pool dirty and not available for swimming.

Nice place but asking to pay more. Why not to include it to booking.com invoice

It is nice place. Excellent location. So we even extended our stay at this apartment. Clean, have everything to cook by ourselves.
