"No heat"

We arrived on Friday to a room that we thought would be a great place to stay. We woke up at 1:30am because we were freezing. Turned the heater up all the way and still no heat. We were told that they could send us a space heater if one was available but they would work on getting it fixed. Then Saturday came still no heater but we did get a space heater only to be charged twice for the room when we had paid in advance. Now I have to wait a couple days to get my money put back in my account and the room was not cheap. If you see me and my family on the side of the road, please stop we probably ran out of gas!

We like to stay at this hotel when gaming. Everything was very nice and the customer service was excellent. Bed was very comfortable and we would return again in the future. Thank you for being here!

Hotel Check-in registatiob is across the casino, you have to go into casino to go the your room or repark to the other side of the building.
