Unique City View Apartment in De Waterkant 207 DWP

The property is really well maintained; and it has all the important amenities. The views from the apartment are really great. And the hosts were there to receive us. Really enjoyed my stay and hope to return soon.

The location is really good with good towels

1. The place need a revamp 2. Fridge is old 3. Paint chipping off in many places in kitchen 4. I stay in CPT allot. For this price there are places with better views and better fit out 5. I was forced to pay another random R750 breakages dep and was told I cannot check in if this was not paid

Apartment is great. Has everything you need. Its spacious and well decorated. Area is nice. There is parking on the street, no problems with avability. Host left us bottle of wine as a gift for valentines day, which was very nice.

Once you book it you get hundreds of messages about to check in. To check in you neeed to block quiet a lot on your credit card(before you even get there) and they hold it up to 2 weeks since you leave. Also there is hidden fee which is non refundable. Also it is cleaned every day, but not very clean

The location, property and the service from the host, also the house keeping maid did a neat and clean job by up-keeping the hygiene.

The small bedroom does not have either air conditioner or the fan ( i do understand because of low roof the ceiling fan was not advisable... at there should have been an air conditioner)

Lovely apartment well situated but poor hosts. Whilst Olaf tried hard I don`t think I would like my property to be managed by NOX. I don`t believe the apartments are checked properly before being rented out - too many minor issues that would be easily found if a checklist was followed. The apartment is great if it wasn't for the minor detail being ignored.

The fact that I had to pay a R10 000 deposit plus R350 admin fee which could have been avoided if I had booked through Air BNB. Makes me wonder if I will use Booking.com again. Even more so that two weeks later I still have received my refund. There were some plumbing and general issues that could easily have been dealt with that would have made a great impression on Nox`s service. The shower waste was blocked which the cleaner did sort out the next morning. The basin tap had no water and the response was - just use the other basin in the en-suite. This wasn`t exactly practical for us sharing. We were also there for four nights so it wasn`t just an overnight inconvenience. The gas heater had no gas or was faulty. The TV and DSTV remotes were not functioning. The parking advertised is in the street outside and not off street as I was expecting. Fortunately there seemed to be parking available but we were also in Cape Town during off peak. The issues did not distract too much from a good stay and I hope this will be taken positive criticism to ensure future visitors having a great stay.

The only thing that we didn’t like was the lights in dining area. There is no light above or close to the table. So in the evening it was difficult to have dinner at the table.
