The rooms are clean, and the hotel is centrally located. The staff is nice.

No real hot water coming out of the pipes. The water is warm at most. Before showering, make sure to call downstairs to have them come up to turn on your hot water tank for your room. The heaters in the room don’t work, no matter what they tell you. We had three rooms and none of the heaters worked. In order to take a shower, you have to step over a large tub taking several steps because of its size. We had a suite maybe that’s why. But getting in and out of that tub is an issue, especially when you’re wet because the floors are a slippery tile. The breakfast buffet is very weak, the selection is poor, and as soon as the egg breakfasts are brought out, at least the good American style breakfast, it disappears within seconds because there are many more guests than there is food.

Na segunda diária, ficamos em um quarto onde o Chuveiro era dentro de uma banheira, e o chuveiro elétrico não estava funcionando. Não pedi para trocar porque só íamos ficar uma diária.

No solo se debe evaluar calidad precio, también es necesario valorar la ciudad y creo que allí está el problema ya que Puerto Maldonado no es una ciudad desarrollada y mucho menos reúne los estándares de otros lugares, en tal sentido el precio del hotel resulta alto para un lugar con tantas carencias. Puerto Maldonado es agogedor pero sin los atractivos naturales, sería una ciudad sin mucho que hacer.
