Bush Inn Court Motel

The receptionist was nice. The bed was fine and had a small kitchen area with working toaster, jug, microwave, fridge.

There was no heating in the room and even though summer did get cold but no heatpump or heater was an old one on wall which did not work. Only had a fan heater in bathroom. Was a broken heated towel rail which didn't work and was coming off the wall at the bottom & looked unsafe. Was extremely dirty overhead lightcover things in the bathroom above the mirror which had dark marks on it which wouldn't come off. Bed area and kitchen area all looked clean but brown and dusty/dirty towel rail (not working) and another strange box on wall very dirty not sure what it was thought it might be for the broken heater but could have been a very old phone/internet connection thing.

Toilet seat not attached to toilet. Obviously, social housing tenants live in complex. I didn't stay the night as I didn't feel it would be safe. The girl on the front deck was lovely and very helpful when I said I wouldn't be staying.

Property is quite old and the surrounding area is rough Property also has some permanent tenants some of which are not very suitable to a tourist accommodation

Good location , room smelt of animals a bit and unfortunately owner told me they doubled the price of our room was usually $200 per night , so it was definitely overpriced. There seemed to be a few down and others that may live there also as saw a couple of them going through the rubbish bins !
