Days Inn by Wyndham Navasota

Breakfast was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were in a quiet alcove. The a/c worked amazing and everything else about the hotel was great.

The room was dirty. There was something spilled down the side of the night stand. There was a dirty spot on the floor in the bathroom area. Something was on the floors that when wet made the floors dangerously slippery with bare feet. The shower curtain rod was damaged and coming out of the wall. The bed was old, uncomfortable and hard. The bed had a sag spot on it from so many people sitting on that one side.

The room, breakfast, and location were very good.

Everything was good with the exeption of the cleaning solution smell. I am allergic to everything and any kind of perfume type smell affects me. My husband didn't even smell it. Aside from that... all was good.

Staff was friendly but the room was in horrible condition. The room smelled horrible , no hot water in the shower , broken tv .

They really need to take better care of there property and I wanted a king size bed and got two doubles.

A little dirty. Dirty rag in the ac. Ac not working properly, we had to ask for a fan. On the last light a man was banging on the upstairs doors, like someone was dying. I went to ask him if we needed to call 911? He said his roommate locked him out we suggested to go get a key. He kept banging. We went back inside and locked the top part of the door. 10 minutes later he jolted the door and was almost able to get in our door. We yelled to get out! Called 911 and told them a man was trying to get in our room. We got ready to leave. The clerk said the police did come, but didn’t take a statement from us. We try to see why he was able to get in our room, when we have came and left many times over the weekend. Checked the door each time and it locked.He must have done something to prevent the door from locking from the outside. We would like a refund….if we were by ourselves who knows what would have happened!! I have tried to contact the Navasota location and no one has returned my call. Please refund us for the distressed we were put in. Thank you.

I was disappointed with the extremely dim lighting but even more disappointed when I found hair in the bathtub. If I had seen that before I lugged heavy bags up the stairs, I would have asked for a different room. Also had issues with the keycard and had to walk back across the property to inform them it was not working.

It was clean and comfortable, quiet as well. Worth the price!
