Calheta Glamping Pods - Nature Retreat

We spent 3 wonderful nights at Calheta Glamping Pods, and it was honestly one of the most unique and lovely accommodations we’ve ever stayed in. The location is perfect, peaceful, beautifully surrounded by nature, and ideal for unwinding and enjoying Madeira. Our pod was spotless, modern, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. You can really feel the care and attention that went into creating this place. We felt relaxed and genuinely happy throughout our stay, almost as if we had our own little oasis. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for something special, cozy, and memorable. We would absolutely love to come back! ❤️🌿

1. View of the ocean. A wonderful sunset and sunrise. 2. Host’s compliment – freshly baked rolls every morning, and jam was also available. 3. A well-built cabin with high-quality equipment. 4. A pleasant chill-out area by the pool.

1. The air conditioner had very bright lights that sometimes made it hard to sleep. 2. The pan and knives were worn out. 3. We missed having a small table on the terrace. 4. A slightly dusty plaid was available in the room.

Toller Ausblick! Ein schöner Ort zum entspannen und sich zu erholen. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wenn man etwas brauchte wurde einem direkt geholfen,das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Ein Auto ist von Vorteil da die Unterkunft etwas außerhalb auf dem Berg liegt.

It was a magnificent place with a breathtaking view. The pod was spotless and comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we especially loved the fresh bread delivered every morning. It was the perfect peaceful getaway surrounded by nature.

There was really nothing negative about the property itself. However, reaching it can be challenging - the road is steep and winding, so driving can be difficult if you’re not used to mountain roads. It’s also important to know that having a car is essential, as getting around or even going to the nearest shop is nearly impossible without one.

Diese Unterkunft bietet eine wirklich wunderschöne Umgebung und hat meinen Aufenthalt zu einem sehr besonderen Erlebnis gemacht. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und sorgfältig gepflegt, mit beeindruckender Aussicht und einer ruhigen, angenehmen Atmosphäre. Der Garten ist besonders hervorzuheben – durchdacht angelegt, voller Blüten und in ausgezeichnetem Zustand. Ich würde mich freuen, in Zukunft wiederzukommen und die wunderbare Blütenpracht im Garten erneut genießen zu dürfen. Für alle, die einen Aufenthalt hier in Erwägung ziehen: Dieser Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Eigenlijk was alles prima, maar als ik toch iets zou moeten noemen zou ik het erg fijn vinden als er een handoekwissel wordt aangeboden en dagelijkse schoonmaak.
