TRBGThe location was great, the price was quite good for that location.
We(one of the tree rooms that we booked) were double booked and after a delay got moved to a different room which in theory was the same, but it had quite a few issues. There was water/mold damage on the ceiling right on top of the bed. The smoke detector was broken(still beeping despite that). Right next to it we had a broken light bulb with exposed wiring. There was damage from a cigar on the sofa. The toilet seat cover would not stay open due to a crooked wall behind it and the toilet itself was not the cleanest. The room we were in originally was with a view towards the garden, while the one we got moved to was looking at the street, at the day of Galatasaray's championship victory, so we could hardly sleep for the first part of the night, due to the fans celebrations on the street(which could have been avoided if we were in the original room). We asked them to replace the bulb in the room, they said ok, but never came. No one spoke English, apart from one woman who spoke very little, but at least tried. During breakfast, the staff took my plate while I was eating, without saying a word(there was still about 1 hour of the breakfast time announced at this stage). In general, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I ever had.
