Friendly staff

More like a motel behind a big noisy iron gate. I think I got the smallest and darkest room and it looked quite tired. Good sign is that there were renovations going on in other rooms, but lots of hammering until after dark. No breakfast included. I moved to a nearby real boutique hotel (Green Elephant) the night after: a world of difference for not that much more money.

La chambre était confortable. Climatiseur, moustiquaire, table et fer à repasser, grande salle de bain avec produits de toilette, bureau, plateau bouilloire ... Bon accueil, serviabilité, amabilité

Le restaurant était bon mais il n'y avait pas tout ce qui est au menu, loin de là ! Mieux vaut demander directement au serveur ce qu'ils peuvent proposer. Trop de marches pour accéder à la chambre et dans la salle de bain, qui m'ont valu une chute (coupure d'électricité dans la nuit) et une visite à l'hôpital le deuxième jour de,mon séjour. J'aurais préféré tester la piscine qui avait l'air très bien.

Breakfast was excellent. Friendly Staff Location is good. With the new upgrade of the pool, it will be even better.

Very clean property and has all the pluses especriaif you came for business. Very helpful staff that will go an extra mile to assist. The receptionist even acted as my driver tk the airport when we couldnt get a taxi owing to fuel shortage in the country

Excessive price for what‘s offered. Thin coffee, breakfast is a sad little sausage with a small omelette. Half of the property is a permanent construction site. Rooms are not noise isolated. Water often brown. As many places in Malawi, they crave big dollars but don‘t deliver the value.
