Our chauffeur Hope, did a day trip tour with us to the lake... I recommend him and the trip anytime for his five star service

We didn't get a 100% perfect breakfast the day we left because our flight was an early flight, and the breakfast was not complete the time we left. One guest had their alarm going off at 04am till 6am, that's a BIG NO. Offer waking up services to guests, than disturbing sleep, during your holiday.

the hotel is cozy - in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Staff is kind and helpful.

Booked the hotel on the expectation of having a gym, but it was not accessible due to construction. Can happen, but would've appreciated some notification...

"Very good place would recommend."

Annavilla7 was really nice place and very quiet. The noise came from works going on but we were warned on the day.Staff were brilliant. Did not actually catch their names but they were all very helpful and respectful .

There is not much variety food wise and we were disappointed when we asked if there was any attractions around Lilongwe ? Only to be told that there was nothing. The place is far from many social amenities but if you drive it would be ideal place to relax. The shower was powerful and nice hot water attracts me to a hotel A bit on the expensive side considering the place is small Aparthotel.
