1.服務人員態度很好，有耐心。 2.一樓有免費冰淇淋和彈珠台可以玩很有創意。 3.房間打掃乾淨，棟距大視野好。 4.每層樓有飲水機。 5.房間隔音算很好，儘管隔壁有小朋友在哭喊和踩踏，但只聽到可接受的音量。 6.室內室外停車位充足。

1.四人房房間太小，對一晚近6500的房價來說，如此覺得CP不高。 2.寢具不是很透氣。 3.由於房間不大，廁所淋浴的門是雙邊開兩用，可當作淋浴間的門或浴室的門。原本想說如此有人洗澡時，還可用洗手檯或馬桶，但淋浴間的玻璃卻是透明的，對四人房非情侶入住的人來說很尷尬，有人洗澡就不可能用洗手檯或馬桶了，這點應該改進。

前台女接待服务态度极差，全程冷脸待人，惜字如金特别敷衍，语气冷淡不友好，没有基本的礼貌和服务素养，让人入住第一印象就很糟。

Das Hotel hat sehr schlechte Schwingungen. Man kann kaum einschlafen, obwohl wir so müde sind. Die Empfangsdame an der Rezeption hat einen extrem schlechten Service. Sie ist die ganze Zeit abweisend und zurückhaltend, spricht kaum ein Wort und verhält sich unfreundlich und unhöflich. Es fehlt an grundlegender Höflichkeit und Servicebereitschaft, der erste Eindruck beim Einchecken ist gleich sehr schlecht.

對於第一次入住不熟悉環境的實在是找不到CHECK IN的地方當天詢問用餐客人才知道是在二樓 ..... 一樓至二樓CHECK IN 的地方搭手扶梯又拉行李對於有長輩者實在是不方便
