"Great staff, wonder stay"

This hotel has a charming, cozy old-style design, making it very comfortable. The staff were truly welcoming and friendly, which added to the lovely experience!

"Stay in Mentor for a wedding"

The location was good. We were able to access the highway easily. The hotel lobby was very nicely decorated for Christmas. There was a fireplace, a Christmas tree, and a Santa! Everything was immaculate and tidy. Our room was large with a kitchenette area and a sofa, desk, and chair. The bathroom was very clean and well lit. The bed and pillows very comfortable. The staff was friendly and engaging, always asking if we were doing ok. The housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. This was a fabulous place to stay. We were quite surprised. I would highly recommend this hotel!

"It was amazing! I will definitely be back!"

I stay at this hotel every time I come back to my hometown Mentor Ohio. The staff is always amazing and the rooms are always great. I like having the small living room to sit in while watching TV or entertaining friends.

The breakfast is usually really good there but this time two out of four hot breakfasts were cold. So ended going to a restaurant for breakfast.
