Creekside Hotel & Suites

The cleanliness of the facility and friendliness of the staff. The room was fairly quiet throughout the night and that's impressive with it being next to a truck stop.

The beds were not queen size but sold as a double queen room. The price did not seem to fit, based alone on the fact that it's all under construction and the bed sizes were not correctly advertised. The parking was a bit tight due to the construction as well.

confusion over Holiday Inn Express bookings online. I had to cancel the Creekside and keep the Holiday Inn at a cheaper rate but then got charged more than my booking anyway. After calling and asking about the rate I was charged, hotel staff said their manager Russell Terry would call me back and straighten it out but I never got a return call.

Staff was very friendly. Professional and helpful. Both day and night shifts. Breakfast was good. Room comfortable and clean.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, and on the opposite side of the freeway from the casino. Breakfast was ok, I do like oatmeal from a pot and they provided nuts, raisins, and cinnamon to enhance it. I’m not a fan of powdered eggs, but they had some descent sausages and varieties of cereal and bread.

Not a big deal, but if you find yourself in Room 320, and you want hot water in the sink, be aware that the plumber mixed the supply lines under the sink, so after waiting about 10 minutes and having run the tub long enough to find that, yes, they did provide hot water. I turned off the hot (left) side and turned on the cold (right) side, and sure enough, we found what we were looking for-nice hot water in the sink.
