Americas Best Value Inn Denham Springs

Nice enough for price. Advertised free breakfast which they have not had for a bit. Easy enough to change their ad. Bait and switch.

Didn’t like every day housekeeping knocking even there was sign do not disturb and we told at desk no housekeeping needed

Roaches, dirty floors, walls needed painting, outside needed work, plexiglass in office was off-putting, no breakfast, smelled Iike smoke in the room and weed outside. The area did not look great. Left in our pjs next morning as soon as we woke up. Pictures online were VERY misleading.

It’s great for the price and I got a 23 dollar discount for 3 nights using Expedia, I read some people say the bed is too hard, I prefer a firm bed, but the room was decent and clean but the pillows are too small, the blankets are way too thin, the tv is like 20 inches and the cable service looks to be at least 15 to 20 years old and the ac is a bit noises but it works really good, I had to turn it off in the middle of the night but for a 2 star hotel I honestly can’t complain.

We have stayed here before but it seems to have gone downhill. Unlikely to return.

2 1/2 hours after 3pm check in time. Walked into a room with dirty beds, nasty bathroom, pizza box on the floor, the refrigerator had left over beer and froze up upper freezer part. Dirty towels on the floor. Smelled of marijuana when you walked in. Also no longer offers free breakfast as advertised. Looks nothing like the pictures on the website.
