"With the exception of the homeless encampment and the freeway noise, pretty good value."

Next to a busy freeway and major thoroughfares. Homeless encampment just on the other side of the property walls. Homeless blasting music at 3:00 am.

"Disappointed I was looking for a place to use when i come to work"
