Comfort Inn & Suites Hazelwood - St Louis

The check-in/out experience was good. Room clean & comfortable.

Disappointed, this was an older property, and my room was on ground level. Late night, I discovered the window shade didn't pull all the way down. Had to use bath towels to cover the 8-10 exposed window at night!! REPAIR IMMEDIATELY.

The whole place smelled and looked very clean. The pool was very nice and bigger than I thought my family enjoyed swimming. The breakfast was delicious and hot a nice meal before hitting the road.

Nothing everything was excellent in my opinion

The front desk staff was very rude. They didn’t want to give us more towels.

Location and good breakfast

The pool was gross. There was tons of hair and floaters in the water after it was stirred up. And one spot on the floor that never dried was extremely slick. Plus the water was freezing.

I had a place to sleep.

Our stay was disappointing due to poor maintenance and cleanliness. The hallways were dirty, and despite reporting a leak in our bathroom sink, it was never repaired. While the room itself was decent, the hallways and parking lot constantly smelled strongly of marijuana, which made coming and going very unpleasant.

Bed was really comfy. The room size was the best part !!!!!! The pool was open!!!!!!

Breakfast was disappointing. There was barely any available and wasn't prepared well Waffle machine was too watery........

The bed sheets looked clean

Several questionable stains around the room, toys and trash from previous guests, one of the hand towels looked like it had dried semen on it, needed clean towels and took an hour to get them to the room, pillows were throw pillow size.

Clean and had decent furniture, good water pressure in the bathroom, good selection of TV channels, and breakfast was not bad

Pillows are too small, bed is a bit too firm, and there were obvious signs of damage and wear throughout the room
