The strong, overpowering odor of air freshener was an indication that this place needs renovating. Everything seemed worn out.

Didn’t get to stay

I booked on line with a pet. When I went to check in, the front desk clerk said “ all our pet rooms are full.” There were two cars at the inn. Maybe there were going to be twenty pet people checking in in the next hour. I really don’t know. However, when someone books a pet friendly hotel online there should be an indication as to whether there’s a room available. Otherwise, how are they to know if there is an availability? Fortunately, I said I’ll move on . She said you won’t be charged and there’s no cancellation fee . I sure hope not. I ended up going back online and trying again at another place in Henderson.

The property and rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The staff was rude, if I ask a question they just shook their head yes or no. I said good morning to one and they just looked away like it was going to hurt them to say something. The night manager was asleep at the front desk, I ask a question about the coffee machine and never did get a answer.

Such a comfortable bed!

No roll in shower but accessible tub had great handrails and a shower chair. The shower curtain wouldn’t close well so very dangerous slippery floor coming out of shower. Bed was almost comfortable but still struggled to sleep. Breakfast was minimal.

Hotel was nice! We will definitely stay again when in that area. The lady who checked us in and the male who checked us out was very friendly and was a pleasure to speak with. Now on the other hand, the tall lady with glasses who has an accent, maybe Russian but not sure, needs customer service training. Around while in the breakfast area around 7:30 am, I asked a kitchen staff member a question The only issue I had was when I went to breakfast around 7:30 and a kitchen staff member

Sometimes, we have a third traveller join us, last minute for a conference we annually attend. Experience has taught us to get a king bed and sleeper sofa room for our comfort. I asked for bedding for the sleeper sofa and was given a bag with one small pillow, one sheet and one blanket. I asked for a second sheet, mattress pad and a second pillow. I received a duplicate bag, but this time, not even a pillowcase. I was told this was what they had. Period. We made do, but for the price of a room, it should be very comfortable. On our third night, a family with multiple rooms, lodged all of the children next to us with no adults. Joyful screeches and hollering, with endless games of tag into the walls went on from 12:15 to 2:30 when an adult voice abruptly ended it. We tried to be kind as it was just elementary aged children we had seen earlier in the day burning off some excess energy.
