Apartment room is excellent for our family

Location is far from subway /transpo

Very smooth check-in and check-out. The space was huge for Japan standards. We had 2 suites of 3 persons each due to the 1 bathroom-sharing in each suite. It was a nice experience for us 6 to hang out, have dinner and drinks in each suite per night. It was steps away to a 711 for our kombini runs and a few minutes to the Yanagabashi Rengo Market with a supermarket right next to it for our sashimi bfast and shopping for mochi, strawberries, and groceries to take home. On the other direction of the apartment, we got to visit the Sumiyoshi shrine.

It is far from the metro and we found ourselves taking taxis home. While they offered to keep our bags on our last day, they could only hold it until 4pm.

This was our first room in Japan, and we loved it. The staff was nice and helped us check-in. Very good location in general, close to stores/mall/shrines, and quite peaceful. Complimentary items in reception for your stay.

The sockets sparked a little when plugging stuff in. A towel to dry the dishes would have been nice.

The elevator makes it easy to get to your floor. The staff is friendly and happy to help. There is a convenience store nearby. There is complimentary items in the reception. It was enjoyable.

The room seemed less properly cleaned. The projector was a little difficult to set up, even with instructions, and not much choice on what to watch.

Clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was good and the rooms were spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would happily stay again.

There wasn’t anywhere to plug the kettle in, so we put it on a chair. Not a big problem.
