Ubicación perfecta.Todo quedaba al lado caminando.

Faltaba algo de limpieza.El portal y las escaleras olían fatal y el apartamento también tenía algo de olor. Aconsejaría limpiar mejor el portal y las escaleras y poner ambientadores en casa rellano.Tambien ambientadores en el apartamento. Por lo demás todo bien, nada ruidoso y cerca de todo.

"Apto con excelente ubicación y 2 habitaciones"

Sin duda alguna la excelente ubicación casi en pleno centro de Granada y las 2 habitaciones , ambas con cama grande. Dispone de cocina/salón y buenas ventanas que aislan del ruido exterior.Ademas dispone de aacc + calefactores.

Por decir algo, estaba en una primera planta sin ascensor, no es accesible para personas son movilidad reducida o silla de ruedas.

The location in the center of the city. With no car it is appreciated.

The flat is simple. The oven was broken so no extraordinary possibility for cooking. The furniture is old and "cheap". The space is small and the photos are not reflecting the reality of this flat.

Está cerca del centro . Entrega de llaves cómoda . El piso bastante espacioso para 2 parejas .

El piso necesita una grande reforma . Camas con colchones bastante malos . La puerta del horno rota . Pasamos bastante frío porque solo había un radiador pequeño y el aire acondicionado (para calentar la casa) no funcionaba. Aunque tiene un parking cerca hay que reservar con antelación porque tienes el riesgo de que quedes sin plaza y encima riesgo de multa por entrar en casco antiguo (200€).
