Chula Vista Inn

The bed was comfy and clean...loved the pillows. The bathroom was clean and the shower looked like it had been recently tiled. The microwave, TV and fridge all worked well.

There was water on the floor near the sink and appeared to be from a leaky pipe behind the wall. It made the floor slippery and dangerous for us, as we both are in our 70's. When I told the office staff about it, she offered us a different room, but, my husband is disabled, and it would have been more of a hassle to move. I was given extra towels. On our check out day, I asked if there could be any refund or partial refund for our inconvenience, but was told that a refund could not be given. I feel that when I reserve a motel room, it should have been thoroughly checked out by housekeeping, and that there should be no leaky pipes leaving pools of water on the floor.

Nothing dirty

The property was absolutely disgusting. The room inside smelled so horrible. It was inside my skin. The dresser drawers were all broken, and there was mice. I was eating out the wood in the dresser where the refrigerator was. The furniture had mountains of dust on it. It was the most disgusting place I have ever been into and never pray to God I never experienced what I experienced and trying to fight to get my money back.
