Place smelled like mold. Visible water damage. Floor was wavy and unsticking from floor. Shower pressure was very high and could not be contained within the curtain mainly because of available shower head position. Bed was fine but I felt like sleeping there was a hazard for anyone with respiratory issues.

PLEASED BE AWARE PLACE IS VERY DIRTY AND NO HIGINE ON THE ROOMS AND SERVICE MANAGEMENT IS OUT CONTR OL HOW TO TO THREAD CUSTOMERS AS VERY POLITE ASK FOR REFUND DO TO A VERY LOUD AND NOISY GUEST AND SO AND ALSO BECAUSE THEY GOT CAMERAS HIDEN IN THE ROOOM.

Nothing like the pictures first of all. Sketchy parking and neighborhood. They asked for $100 deposit while checking in, after I booked with Expedia, so I paid it cash. Walked up the dirty stairs to my room. Room felt like no one has been there to clean in months, musty smell and sticky floors and dirty walls. Immediately walked out told front desk it was filthy and I didn’t feel safe and got my cash deposit back instantly but I’m currently waiting on an Expedia refund. Definitely not family friendly, I’m a single adult male traveling solo and I didn’t feel safe.

I won’t ever go back. Elevator is broke off & on, I was on 3rd floor. Vending machine broke. Nobody changed bedding or Towels. I had to track down house the 2 keepers for fresh towels. Dirty floor needing to be swept 0lus furniture is so outdated with stained food particles. Office staff leaves notes when ever they want to go off to do errands. Room key had to get recharged nightly on the 4 days I stayed there. Oops was said I only had you card authorization for a 1 day stay. I only stayed there because the other places were full.

Employyee in front desk not very friendly, call twice to report tv problems and both times she hung up befor I had a chance to explain the eason for my call, she hung up and send an employee to my room, TV, flies in the walk way, tiny lil soap, no drinking water.
