"Very Very worst and bad experience."

1.0

Nothing to say as Impressive and to accept. Worst Experience. Never stayed such hotels in my entire travel life.

Really Worst Experience. Initially they allocated one room and changed to another room same day and next day changed to another room. Breakfast Mentioned : Not Given. Not Clean. Food Quality very worst. No wifi. They are very much focused on the payment. During check-in they argued with me to pay the full amount. No water flow in toilet and lot of bedbugs on the beds. Bedsheets and covers not washed. Don't prefer to stay anyone and the ratings also given on Booking.com it's fake. Don't proceed with this Hotel. Very very worst bad experience.

"The hell !"

1.0

**Terrible Hotel Experience - A Review** I recently stayed at the supposed "luxury" FabHotel diamond, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Let me break down the misery for you: **Cleanliness:** Where do I even begin? The room was filthy beyond belief. Dust bunnies the size of actual bunnies roamed freely under the bed, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the 90s. The towels smelled like they had been used to mop up a sewage spill, and the sheets were suspiciously stained. If you're into grime and mystery stains, this place is a paradise. **Facilities:** The facilities were a joke. The gym boasted one rusty treadmill and a set of dumbbells that looked like they were salvaged from a scrapyard. The pool was closed for "maintenance," which I later found out meant they were draining it to remove a family of ducks that had taken residence. The elevator made terrifying noises and shook like it was about to plunge to the depths of hell. If you enjoy facilities that make you question your life choices, you'll love it here. **Staff:** The staff were about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. They greeted me with all the warmth of a refrigerator and seemed to actively avoid any interaction. Requests for extra pillows were met with blank stares, and when I finally did get them, they smelled like they had been used in a dog kennel. I'd say they need customer service training, but I suspect they were trained by someone who's never interacted with another human being. **Comfort:** If sleeping on a bed made of rocks is your idea of comfort, then by all means, book a room here. The pillows were more like beanbags filled with gravel, and the mattress felt like it had been salvaged from a medieval torture chamber. The air conditioning unit sounded like a jet engine preparing for takeoff, alternating between blasting arctic cold air and emitting strange rattling noises that made sleep impossible.
