The location was great.

A baby roach was found in the bed. And beware because they charge you DOUBLE plus a $100 damage fee so $436 dollars later we stayed for only one night and I’ve yet to receive my $168 back or damage deposit which I was told would go immediately back on my card at check out . Never have I had to pay for a hotel room TWICE. They acted like it was completely normal to authorize my card for the total amount the day of, then pay that amount again at check in on top of the damage deposit. Crazy

Friendly staff

The pillows on bed were too small. I felt as if I was sleeping on couch throw pillows. They need to be larger full size sleeping pillows.

"Excellent Stay"

The hotel was spotless. Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Soft and cozy beds. 30-40 mins from New Orleans. Many restaurants within 10 mins. Fridge and microwave in room. Water softener. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap and lotion included in room.

"Nice Place in Slidell"
