It was very nasty the owners are not taking care of it and the room is to high for it to be so nasty there was no house keeping going on the beds had no blankets and it’s so run down!!!!!!!Tv didn’t work the toilet was nasty the room was bad and nasty

The people at the front counter was fabulous.

Walked in smelt like a dirty dispensary. High parking lot traffic in and out. I don't want to assume but I'm sure something is being sold outta there. Meet a guy in the elevator with an automatic rifle hanging from his shoulder and 2 banana clips. Guest/visitors drinking out front and in the lobby, bare foot and wondering aimlessly. Really bad vibe and feel. I slept with a loaded pistol while I was there.I grew up in memphis and things like this don't usually bother me but this was a little intense. I was scheduled to stay for 2 nights...after 2 hours after getting to my room that night. I asked for a refund for the second night and left the next day. Not to mention the room door peep hole was missing so all noise from hall came thru..
