Terrible. Air conditioning didn’t work

We dropped our bags off, drove around and found another hotel.

There was black mold growing on the ceiling, food waste in the cabinet drawers, a plastic bag covering the smoke detector, and the lock had been disassembled.

It was horrible. Got there the bathroom in the lobby were locked. The person working the front desk wasnt there. Took 15 mins to get there. Once i tried to check on told me the room i booked wasn't available and i couldn't get my momey back ($233.00) and ddn offer me another room. Women that came in after me had the same issues. I work hard for my money and they just took it. Wish i could get my money back.

I didn’t like a dam thing about this dam place the room was nasty asf grease all on the walls the mirror cracked as if somebody had blowed bullets through it , not only that, we had no covers or pillows , the reeks of the stinge in the hallway was unscramble very musty, lastly , the toilet didn’t even flush , we couldn’t get our money back at all . I booked three days in advanced and didn’t get the room I requested .

Nothing everything was very nasty and unprofessional. It’s a jump off establishment where the ppl go to have sec and leave .

The room was torn up holes in the wall the counter was filthy in the restroom it was dirty ear swabs behind the night stand the didn’t accommodate my intial booking the hallways was nasty and trashy and funky

Is completely horrible I had no heat the entire trip in this cold weather right now in Mississippi and also I had no pillows when I got there and it took me up about a day to get them and he gave me one pillow and and I nothing about the heat and then my hot water was not working at all and the whole trip and I don't find about that too and whatever I guess it was horrible and I didn't get the room that I wanted which was the jacuzzi room the whole weekend because they didn't have one and then blah blah blah blah so whatever it sucks

The room smells like cigarettes and dirty floors. No housekeeping sad 😢

The only thing that i liked about the property was that it was in a decent area.

When i first checked in, he gave me a room key to a reserved room. They key we had didn’t work for the door so a staff came and opened it &’ it was someone in the room .. The elevator was messing up, we was pressing the first door and it brought us to the 3rd. The bathroom had mildew everywhere &’ the toilet kept stopping up. The wi-fi also worked on one side of the room.
