Loved the location and the room its clean and comfy.

The only thing I didn't like was that they ignored my request on one thing, which was that the TV didn't want to use YouTube. I tried to connect YouTube with my phone, but it would just get stuck on the logo. I went to the front desk to advise them, but it seems they didn't care about my request.

"Adequate but not a wow. I would stay somewhere else if I ever go back to San Antonio."

It was relatively clean and the staff was friendly.

The location was too far from the actual Riverwalk to be called riverwalk. I had to walk 20 minutes to get there. Also the room was noisy at night with street traffic.

Great staff and location

My room smelled like mildew. Staff gave me air freshner but didn't help. I asked for hypoallergenic pillows and was still given feather pillows.

Lobby was nicely decorated. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed a nice cocktail at the lobby bar. Overall our stay was very enjoyable. We will return.
