"Good location but room AC kept waking me"

Staff was helpful. Lobby was clean and nice that it had a bar.

My room had a weird odor. Not overwhelming, but present. Biggest problem was the AC. It made weird noises all night long and kept waking me up. Nothing I tried stopped it. Really annoying to not sleep much.

Close to everything and clean

On the third day, we still hadn't had anyone to change the bath towels or replenish the liquid soap and toilet paper, which had run out, and I had to go to the reception to ask for them.

Great staff - that was super helpful and nice throughout. Perfectly located to access the Convention Center and to get to the airport at the end of my stay, with a great nearby coffee shop (el tigre). Quiet and spacious room. A really decent workout room (small, but nice equipment, clean/bright space). Also nearby a section of the Riverwalk. A great value!

The room could have benefited from a better cleaning upon arrival - the floor was not well vacuumed. Overall while the room was clean - it could have used a more thorough wipe down/over.
