We arrived in Berea, KY, for a one-night stay at the Holiday Inn Express while the hotel was undergoing a complete renovation. Tonya, the evening receptionist, greeted us with such kindness and hospitality, making sure we knew where everything was located, including the pool, fitness center, and snacks, and ensuring we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Our room was beautifully updated, exceptionally clean, very quiet, and comfortable. A wonderful travel value paired with outstanding hospitality!
