Comfort Inn & Suites

I loved the staff, the room size and the modern remodel what needs improving is some care of the outdoor grounds. A little trash control and weeding would really make the place more welcoming and create a better feel. Breakfast was a little cold one day. We loved how convenient this place was to our son’s new home. The swimming pool was clean and lovely but needs a bathroom to shower off chlorine All in all our stay was perfect!

The whole place smelled terrible. The window didn't open in the room to air out the chemical smell. They've done a lot of updating to the rooms, but all they did was paint a turd. This place is old and needs more than redecorating. The bathroom was not clean. Flies were flying all around the lobby when we were checking in. One of the employees was vacuuming the hallways with the oldest and loudest vacuum I've seen in a while. The walls were super thin, and we had to listen to the neighbors, if you know what I mean. Will not be staying here again.

Sketchy neighborhood. I would not return.

We were put in a room the first night under construction. Was dangerous had open sockets, no mirrors. And second night room we were in the phone didnt work. I had to go to the front desk to use the attendents personal cell phone

Everything was done halfway — check in — one set of towels. It said they offered daily housekeeping - NOT TRUE. I dropped something in the bathroom and under the vanity against the walk were all empty airplane sizes liquor bottles. There was a beat up abandoned car in the parking lot. The hotel was just run down and unloved … the discomfort inn

Renovated hotel that was chic and clean! The room was on the 2nd floor and we discovered that the shower pressure was very low on hot/very warm. Made for a very short and uncomfortable shower. All the staff were very nice. However, breakfast gets a D-. We arrived an hour before breakfast stopped. No plates, forks, bacon, sausage, butter etc. The hotel was filled with people. One poor girl was running around trying to get things taken care of. I asked if she was the only one working and she said "yes". She was running from the front desk to the breakfast room trying to get things out. I felt terrible for her!! Definitely a management issue. We had breakfast at another restaurant.

It was good quieter this time I requested the 3rd floor

No problems just didn't know how to shut off light behind TV. Bed leaning on the head area!

Name changes that didn't tell the customers that we have to spend more time to find it. The key card didn't work tomorrow morning

TV did not work, air conditioner was absurdly noisy, there was a gaping hole where the room refrigerator was supposed to be. Reported these concerns to front desk staff at check out. Was told the manager would call. To date, No one from management has contacted me. Fo your peace of mind and a good nights sleep, stay somewhere else!
