Despite not my not speaking Italian or the host not speaking English, we received a really warm welcome and explanation of the facilities - google translate! Breakfast was beautiful and plentiful and we had it on our terrace in the sunshine. The room was beautifully and stylishly decorated and designer bathroom really superb. Lovely hot shower.

We loved the house!! Refurbishment is really amazing, contemporary style, the walls, the floor, the furniture!! The room is very comfortable, with a big terrace, the bathroom in a very modern design. We really felt at home. Tinuccia was a perfect caretaker; she prepared an excellent breakfast every morning and took care of the property. There is plenty of easy parking in the street in front of the building. If we return to the area, this is the place we’ll go. Thanks Tinuccia!!

The photos don’t do justice to the real beauty of the place! Great design, amazing high ceilings and doors, very clean, good position, parking just in front of the building, welcoming host and even more welcoming breakfast lady :)) A great atmosphere of the place.

Way too soft matress :( Right on the street so at times can be very noisy

The accommodation was great! The staff was also very nice and friendly. There was clean and new in the room. If your reservation have breakfast included, you can choose on kind of "menu" and there was lots of choice. The breakfast was delicious. Nothing bad to say about this accommodation.

Davide & Nicoletta were super helpful. Quick with answering any questions. Davide waited for us until 3am as our flight was cancelled and then diverted to Palermo. Nicoletta popped over when power went off in the whole area and informed us when it would be back on. Absolutely amazing! The lady serving us breakfast was very nice and helpful and her tomato salad is my absolute favourite (sadly I didn’t catch her name) Thank you again Allan & Eva

Everything! 😊 Great room, comfortable and modernly furnished. The rooms have direct exit to a very nice terrace where you can have a rich and diverse breakfast. Great hospitality, Nicoletta waited for us with fresh coffee and water and provided good recommendations for beaches and restaurants. Good location 10 min walk to the city center and to the beach.
