Utmärkt. Snyggt och välordnat på alla vis.

Missnöjd med incheckningen. Hade bokat på nätet ett dygn innan ankomst. Och då även meddelat att vi hade hund med oss. Vid incheckningen ville ni ha dubbel avgift för hunden, dvs 600 kr i stället för 300. Jag betalde då den summa ni begärde eftersom jag inte ville genera personalen inför andra väntande kunder. Receptionisterna motiverade bara summan med att jag hade bokat och anmält att jag hade hund för sent. Dvs ett dygn innan ankomst var för sent. Jag hade inför bokningen läst hotellets villkor ang hund noggrant. Där står enbart att hund kan kosta extra och ska anmälas i förväg. Men inte hur lång tid innan. Nu befinner jag mig i Örnsköldsvik på ett Elite hotell. Jag bokade tidigt per telefon i morse och meddelade förstås att vi har hund med oss. Jag accepterade förstås de 300 kr som begärdes och betalade. Någon diskussion om dubbel avgift kom aldrig på tal. Och då ringde jag ca 8 timmar innan ankomst. Kort sagt: 300 kr är acceptabelt eftersom jag inser att hundar medför extra kostnader. Men dubbel avgift är inte acceptabelt! Framförallt som villkoret inte finns att finnas någonstans. För övrigt är jag nöjd med hotellet på alla sätt. Men förväntar mig en återbetalning. Med vänlig hälsning, Monika Lidholm

Personale og lobbyen, og fint bad på rommet + at man kan åpne vinduet på rommet

Generelt sett hvordan hele etasjen jeg bodde på så ut og føltes. Hotellet var tydelig slitt, falme vegger på noen rom, mugglukt på vårt rom og bad. Forventet bedre standard pga bildene
