Red Roof Inn Carrollton

Stayed here several times in the past while traveling through on our Harley. Stayed there a week ago on a Tuesday, we ask that night for the same room the following week, so we could look out the window to see our Harley Davidson. We have always done this in the past. An hour or two before we arrived back the following week, they had given our reserved room, to someone else and changed us to an interior room, where we could not see the parking lot. We won’t be coming back here. Stay at the Ramada Inn, it’s very nice.

I loved that you could have one free animal. The owner of the hotel was amazing. Great customer service, very friendly and always there to help with anything he can. Clean bug free. Would stay again if I was in the area.

House keeping wasn’t the best. They come around 8am.. Not ideal when you’re on vacation especially with little kids. We couldn’t get our room cleaned. Had to sweep our own room. we took what we needed off their carts, changed our own trash ect. The owner did give us things we needed when he was there and we asked which helped a lot. He’s a very great owner. Over all it was a cheaper place to stay. Wasn’t horrible but would have really been better if housekeeping would have done what they needed to.

Property was clean, quiet, comfortable and reasonably priced.

As soon as i got in room i saw 3 roaches. I didnt check in until maybe midnight so i was too tired to go anywhere else...owner said i can get a refund and can go somewhere else but i was too tired. So he changed my rooms. And gave me late checkout. I left at 3pm so at least i got rest. I wont go back i dont do bugs. The owner was amazing and nice thiugh.

The room my new employer put me in is big and has a king size bed in it. That is great, but the four pillows are so flat, when you stack them all together, they make a normal sized pillow. I checked in late last evening and was told that they had complimentary breakfast between the hours of 6 to 10. I went in the breakfast room at 605 and there wasn't anything hot to heat. I went back to my room to grab my phone and walked back to check for food at 620. There wasn't anything hot.to eat yet. I am posting pictures of the room which will show what is in there eat. I wish more native born Americans would start buying hotels instead of all these Indians buying them all and letting them run down!
