Quiet location, large room

Very good location close to the beach. And plenty of shops and stores around.

Ceiling is kind of low in the room I was in. The room shows a bit of wear and tear too.

First thing we did was get them to change the sheets as they were damp and stained! The bathroom stank and drains didn’t work, bedside table was broken and wouldn’t close

However they did offer very efficient and good laundry service

I would mention about pros and cons to make a big picture about my stay. anw overall is about 6/10 - Nice location, only 2 mins walk to to beach. - Staff is helpful, responsible and available all the time you need - Have extra umbrella to borrow when its rainy - Have travel adapter - Elevator to access all floors - Quite neighbours

-Hmm I would say the bed quilt is too dirty for me with A LOT OF yellow stains. I didn’t expect it and ask staff to replace it with a new one. however she said she just made up the bed earlier so it basically means the quilt is not washed properly which is a bare minimum for hospitality business …. I really hate that kind of dirty things so I need to lay on a towel to sleep - the toilet is so smelly that I need to turn on exhaust fan all day and ask for purifying air spray (but not work well eventually) - the huge difference between room images here and in reality is no joke. I just find out photos were taken 2 yrs ago thats why the room looks more degraded. - pay attention to leave anything in the drink fridge cuz you may lose it (I left something there and tell the owner but someone took my stuffs which was rude) overall for price is not a bad choice. but with this price you can have better choice just a bit far away from the beach. If I know those cons I never booked cuz my top priority is cleanliness

Not clean enough, there is a lot of things broken or old
